We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, we are not responsible for lost/stolen orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.



When your order has been prepared, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you will be able to use on our Expeditor website to follow your order.

Tracking information on the Expeditor website will be updated once your order has been picked up from our wharehouse. To check the status of your order, if you created an account or already had an account when you placed your order, you will be able to log into your account to check the status of your order. If you completed the order as a guest, you will not be able to check your order status through our website, however both logged & guest customer will receive email notifications updating you about your order. Once you receive the shipping information email, you will be able to follow the status of the package by clicking on the tracking number.



If you are not completely satisfied with your S.T.A.M.P.S. purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the date of reception as long as you have not worn it or altered it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number, name. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3) Forward your package to us using the return label provided by our Customer Service Department (If returned within 30 days).
